Dr.Levine is great however he has a horrible office manager and cannot keep staff worth keeping. Experience there horrible.
I would not recommend this doctor. I spent two nights in the ER center with excruciating back pain and was admitted to Baptist hospital and seen by Dr. Levine and it was the worst experience. This doctor did not listen to where I told him my pain was nor did he give me any medication to stop the pain. He did an MRI on my lumbar and attempted to do a second MRI on my pelvic but I was in too much pain to complete it. This is the most unprofessional and uncaring excuse of a Dr. Office. My husband was admitted to Baptist hospital and under the care of Dr. Levine. Due to Covid-19 I was unable to stay at the hospital with him, so I called to get information regarding him I spoke to Dr. Levine’s Nurse Practitioner. When I told her who I was she was very rude and informed me she couldn’t speak to me due to HIPPA. Excellent Doctor and Staff
What does one do when ( Ask the Doc) Dr Levine, who discharged me from hospital with a pic line on IV antibiotics, home health care coming out, refuses to see me on follow up visit, because I have a hospital balance, I offered to pay today’s visit, and $25 on the balance from the hospital. I don’t think this is an unreasonable request to let me pay $25 on the hospital balance (which I’ve never got a bill from anyone, hospital or otherwise) I am on a fixed income. I think Dr Levine is good man and a great doctor!! The ladys that work there are nice and pretty lol ! I think going there would great for anyone !!
Very nice and professional. Staff and doctor care about patients well being. Also very attentive and caring.
