This mechanic shop is not a good place to bring your car. My daughter started to have problems with her car after paying $1400 in repairs. Her car broke down on the road she took it to a local shop that was close to where she was. The mechanic at that shop showed my daughter what was wrong with her car and it turned out that MSN mechanic never did the job they were paid to do they basically put scraps as engine mounts and a screw that did not fit in its proper space. They are very professional. They're up to the task to tackle any mechanical/ motor + transmission job. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of repair jobs, the return time suffers. That would be the only department I would say this business could improve in if possible. They're reasonable when it comes to cost as long as you negotiate the price before the job starts so all parties have a clear understanding of what's to be expected when it comes to labor and cost of materials. You’re better off never stepping foot on the premises or else you will find yourself going back for years on end. If they do a job and you bring the car back it’s always “something different” until the warranty runs out. If that’s not a scheme or incompetence I don’t know what it is. No Transmission specialist found on the premises. My car has never been the same since.
