My wife was admitted here for thyroid cancer surgery In August 2019. Her surgery went so so as she had problems after the surgery. She remained in hospital for two weeks trying to heal. Then on Sept.1, 2019 I received an early morning phone call stating that they found her on the floor unconscious, bleeding from the area of the surgery. At this point she bled out.
