Cannot say enough good about my experience! From the first visit, I felt welcomed, listened to, and directed. Victoria Todorov helped me on each visit and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Ultimately, she helped me choose the outstanding quartz for our kitchen. I would 100% recommend MSI for their staff, inventory and professionalism.
Nice selection of popular choices. East West, Cosmos, and Fairfax Granite also have a great selection. Unfortunately, my experience at the MSI showroom was quite different. When you walk in, the staff (all 3 behind the counter) can make you feel like you’re interrupting their day rather than welcoming a potential customer.
