I walked in feeling confused and unsure about what I wanted, but Marwa made the whole process so easy. I came in to see quartz Taj Mahal look-alikes, and she not only showed me beautiful options but also offered samples to take home and suggested other stones that matched my style. She was kind, professional, and patient. I truly appreciated her help and would definitely recommend her!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The employees were unwilling to assist with samples, or even move from their computers behind the counter. When you’re willing to spend several thousand dollars on material for a job, one expects at least a modicum of positive customer service. 0/10 recommend, and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
