Extremely happy with this establishment! The help we had from Matthew Leal was extraordinary. Our kitchen remodel turned out to be more than we expected. We are very happy and if anyone needs help - ask for Matthew, he will go above and beyond to make sure you find the right countertops for your kitchen remodel.
The service we had was great and the product we received was even better!
Terrible customer service. If you're an individual the staff here acts like you're wasting their time. They tell you if you can order from any of the distributors. Then you go to the distributors and ask them if they can order the product and you can't order it from them. The staff gives you zero help to figure out where you can order the product from and act like you're crazy when you tell them you can't order the product from a distributor.
