Signed in at the computer kiosk, staff was ready to help me immediately - they explained the layout of the showroom and answered my questions. When I was ready, they provided samples that I requested, for me to keep and take home. The showroom was beautiful with lots of displayed selections and the slab warehouse was nicely laid out to fully see the slabs.
My Contractor sent me here to look at Quartz countertops for my kitchen remodel. I’m very impressed with this place! I was greeted by Michelle Ruiz when I walked in. She showed me where the Quartz slabs were located and also showed me where the samples of back splashes were at. She even gave me a couple deluxe samples of the Quartz countertops top and ordered a couple deluxe samples of the back splashes. I highly recommend this place!
Recently visited MSI Counterops to pick out granite. Had a great experience and found just what we hoped for. Worked with Katie K. She was fabulous. Katie showed us several slabs in the color tones and patterns we wanted. She was knowledgeable; knew warm tones and color variances we were looking for. We communicated with her after the visit with extra questions. Katie was quick to respond. Would use MSI again without question. 5 stars!
I wish that I was reviewing based on their product, but, alas, no I am reviewing based on the safety of their store. My family and I visited their location in Kent on 2/20. When looking though their showroom, my daughter was looking at the tile samples on the wall. While turning the "pages", no less than 10 sample boards fell out of the display and hit her in the head, shoulder, leg and ankle.
