The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed tile soon and they were able to work with me to find me the right tile within the time frame.
We were very impressed with the large variety of slabs at MSI. Their showroom and warehouse is well organized with different areas for the various products. Flooring, tile, both indoor and outdoor products, natural and manufactured are available. The staff was very helpful and thoroughly explained the buying process. You need to have a fabricator as they do not sell directly to the public.
Lady on Saturday morning to busy slurping from her sippy cup instead of being professional and attentive. She proceeded not to ask if I needed assistance. When I did get her help she was annoyed about helping me. Give this older women weekends off or retire her. Nobody should be at the counter helping customer slurping on their drink
If you are looking for countertops, MSI is the place to visit. Kevin is knowledgably (not pushy) and I was amazed by the layout. Thank you for thinking of everything for the consumer!
Great customer service! I found an MSI tile I liked at Home Depot and my construction company project manager said, "Let's go to the MSI store and see what it costs there." I didn't even know there WAS an MSI store. I got the tile for a better price AND I also got my bathroom countertop there. The bathroom is beautiful!!
