I had wonderful experiences at MSI, going there several times shopping for countertops for my kitchen. We purchased an outdoor kitchen from Tropicana Outdoor Living and we were told to come to MSI to pick out our design materials What a wonderful experience. From the minute you walk in you are kindly greeted. Once you register your name and information you are approached and asked if you need any assistance or you can just walk around in your own timing. Such a great selection or materials. The staff is so helpful and professional.

We had an outstanding experience at MSI. The quality of their products is excellent, and their customer service was just as impressive! They have a huge selection of countertops, flooring, backsplash, and more—plenty of options and excellent layout. What really stood out was the zero-pressure environment. I’m honestly surprised at how poor the customer service is at the MSI San Diego store. Last week, I spent hours selecting quartzite slabs, only to be told they were already sold. There was no indication—something as simple as a label or note could have saved a lot of wasted time. My wife and I then picked another set, only to find out those were on hold. Allow me to provide an overview of how MSI works when shopping for slabs, as we have had a disappointing experience. We have been shopping at both the San Diego and Orange stores. While the staff members individually are all very friendly and helpful, the company as a whole is somewhat disorganized and the information system is user unfriendly. You will have to sign in each time you go there and usually only one workstation is available, so you may have to wait. Many of the slabs on the showroom floor are already sold or tag... read more
