Marilyn was fantastic to work with. Very helpful young lady who went out of her way to assist me.
We just had the most amazing experience here at MSI. Jessica and Felipe were so accommodating and friendly! We showed up about 30 mintues to close on a Friday requesting to see a slab that wasn't readily available and they went out of their way to ensure we were able to see it. We so greatly appreciated their time, effort, and attitude. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we've had of late. Highly recommend!
The MSI LaVergne showroom and warehouse are impressive. We have made 2 visits now and both visits we were warmly greeted upon entering. Felipe helped us both times and was instrumental in giving us information on the different countertop choices, helping us pick our top choices and getting the information sent to our fabricator. We are looking forward to a return trip to pick our exact slabs and maybe even some backsplashes. I would highly recommend checking MSI out for your countertop needs!
