It is 12:30 on a freaking Monday well within business hours I have called every single extension line to get nothing but an endless ring and I'm sorry the person you're trying to reach has a mailbox that is not yet set up goodbye so are you guys trying to run a business or a phone call center cuz you're doing really good at a phone call center not so good at answering the calls I get that you can get busy but every single line has put me to that same message 1 2 3 and 0
Prices are not good. They always compare to online prices and tax you on parts that are “worth” something. Like what’s the point in a junk yard if the prices are based off eBay.
Never answer their phone and none of their voicemail options are connected to a functioning voicemail system. Not sure what the point of a business having a phone number is if there is never anyone to answer it.
