Samantha greeted us as we entered the building. I was a bit blown away by the displays, but she took time to explain layouts and products. She never made her own suggestions, but was very helpful with any question we had about one color or product vs another. Super friendly! We walked out feeling great about our initial plans.....let's hope it all goes so well for our remodel
Upon entering, I was asked to scan a QR code to sign in. It didn’t work smoothly (I have an iPhone). Staff person Isabella asked a few questions, led me to the warehouse, explained the layout and left me alone to browse. I liked that! Hovering sales people disrupt my creative process. She also captured my selections and sent the list to my fabricator. No work for me, just enjoyment. Very helpful and polite!
Friendly staff, showed us the countertop collection along with the names of the fabricators that they work with. Did not rush and even offered us with samples! They have great collection, somethings that you get to seen in the magazines.
Beautiful showroom and slab display setup. Very knowledgeable staff. Isabella was super!
