Upon entering, I was asked to scan a QR code to sign in. It didn’t work smoothly (I have an iPhone). Staff person Isabella asked a few questions, led me to the warehouse, explained the layout and left me alone to browse. I liked that! Hovering sales people disrupt my creative process. Very helpful and polite!
Friendly staff, showed us the countertop collection along with the names of the fabricators that they work with. Did not rush and even offered us with samples! They have great collection, somethings that you get to seen in the magazines.
Beautiful showroom and slab display setup. Very knowledgeable staff. Isabella was super!
Very helpful from the moment we arrived. Answered all questions that we had. Took the time to explain products and the difference between products that were available. Very pleasant experience would highly recommend others to spend some time with the wonderful people at MSI.
