Simple words. DO NOT BUY FROM MSI. This company will sell you detect products, and claim that you exceeded your warranty. I bought a laptop for 1,600$ and you’re telling me the warranty was only a month long???????????????? Alienware, etc, etc, etc, have much better warranties. As spoken as I bought my laptop, the thing would shut down immediately, no warning, nothing, I checked my heat readings, they were normal, sent it in for repairs and all they did was replace my thermal paste after two months of owning the laptop. It's the worst job I've ever had. Employees behave as children with no respect and can do drugs and fight like it's the wild west. Steer away from this place.
