These guys won't sell to the public, so they get a failing grade from me. How stupid can a business get really. I can go on the internet and buy HVAC parts and probably at a better price than this place. Maybe this business practice worked 20 years ago. Don't say I didn't try to buy local....but apparently these yokels don't need the business.
