So far everything has been pretty good my mom only have been there 2 weeks and everything is very nice she loves her room the aids that we've met are very helpful , the evening crew has been very helpful for my mom , Thanksgiving dinner was great, and the administrator Carissa was awesome hate she moved.
One aide has literally yelled at me in front of other residents for doing things I've done all week. The food is fair, can be greasy, especially breakfast. The menus are fair. The care from the Administrator seems to be good. She has worked hard to get me settled. I appreciate her. The aides, however lack a lot.
