Insurance is meant to provide financial protection and reimbursement for losses resulting from accidents, injury, or property damage. Based on my recent experience, this company should reconsider its definition of that promise. I purchased insurance for my mother, and while she was undergoing open-heart surgery, your company provided no meaningful assistance whatsoever. Dont buy this insurance even if they offer free. Go buy something better as they dont give claims.
Very disappointed with the customer service at MSH Toronto. Most of the time, the information provided is inaccurate or inconsistent, and the staff often respond with a negative or unhelpful attitude. It feels like they are not genuinely interested in assisting customers — every interaction seems unnecessarily difficult. MSH needs to seriously improve their customer service approach and focus on providing accurate information and a more respectful, supportive experience for clients.
Although I faced a challenging time with my father being admitted to the hospital, I was grateful for the team’s understanding and support during this difficult period. Their assistance made a tough situation a little easier to navigate.
