I won’t recommend this insurance company they are scammers and took money and denied the claim we are waiting in emergency and they told us we won’t cover you at all because this claim denied before and we never take any claim I will write email to insurance boroughs to cancel there license They just scammed you I will inform icr as well

I have tried for nearly 2 years to settle out of country claim. They received all documents by certified mail. Now they want documentation from my family physician though I was treated outside the country. This is the 3rd refusal. Perhaps Time for small claims court.

I had very bad experience recently. My mother was on travel insurance here and she just had kidney stone issue that we had to take her to emergency. We submitted all the documents and they did not approve any claim other than walk in clinic visit. Stay away from this company if you do not want any mental stress

Je sais pas pourquoi ces commentaires négatifs en tout cas personnellement j’ai une très bonne expérience avec vous , ils m’ont remboursé vite même 5 jours ou 6 les 510$ pour extraction de ma dents 🦷 en plus 100% et puis ils m’ont remboursé aussi la visite d’urgence merci et je me pose encore une question pourquoi ces commentaires négatifs??!!
