Everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful in the beginning. Twice I have worked with empowercare/msg and twice I have basically been ghosted by the people I had been dealing with. If a company is not going to work out, I completely understand that. But what I do not inderstand is telling me you will get back to me after figuring things out only for there to be radio silence. My experience with EmpowerCare Healthcare Staffing has been mostly positive. This is because of the people that I have been assisting me in this process of gaining employment. Natasha has been very helpful and always responds to my calls and emails quickly and efficiently.
