My daughter plays softball and has trained with Rene for the past 10 months. During her freshman year of HS she started on the varsity team and earned all conference. She aspires to play softball in college and I believe Rene and his team can help her to achieve that goal.
MSF has helped me become a stronger and more confident athlete through its amazing trainers and supportive, fun community. My trainer, Sofia, is so motivating, encouraging, and fun to work with! Her support has helped me reach my fitness goals, become stronger, and feel more confident in my athletic abilities. Working with her, I have found a love her fitness and I always look forward to coming to MSF and working with her!!! She’s the best!!!!!!
I have been training with Sofia for a year. She creates workouts that are challenging but attainable over time, and bring real results. She makes sure her clients are safe and she even shares great nutrition and meal planning tips. The facilities are great, clean with plenty of equipment.
Awesome trainers and facilities.
I’ve been working out at MSF for a year. At 45, I’ve tried several gyms and studios and this is the only place I’ve stayed commited to. It’s clean, spacious and the environment is welcoming and supportive. My trainer Sofia is dependable, patient and very encouraging; she designs workouts that are challenging and safe. I don’t naturally love to workout but I truly enjoy my hour a week at MSF and have seen results (strength and lean muscle).
