Great gym, great coaches, great workouts. I came to MSF after a rocky recover from ACL & meniscus surgery. I was about 9 months out when I started and worked out with Rene for 2 months. The growth I made in that short time was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place any more! Especially with their rates compared to competitors.
Tyler, Brittany and the whole team are fantastic! I saw Brittany for physical therapy and she was so thorough, attentive and honest. She recommended I was in a state to start training and recommended Tyler and made sure he was aware of my minor injury. Tyler has been awesome - I’ve definitely seen a massive positive change! I’ve trained with Josh and Rene as well and I definitely recommend anyone on the team!
MSF is full of amazing trainers with a great group of athletes who all push each other to do their best! Cannot recommend MSF Performance enough, they will get you to reach whatever your goal may be.
