Lacking basic customer service skills and empathy. I called MSF Electric after the power went out upstairs in our home and spoke with a woman named Lynn. Instead of helping, she was shockingly rude and spoke down to me the entire time, acting condescending when I tried to explain what was going on in our home and what I *thought* my husband had done to troubleshoot on our own since the power went out after hours on a Sunday. We had a wonderful experience with Damien our technician today. He was able to handle the original request for service and also troubleshoot and handle another issue that had come up in our new build home. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
One of their men installed an outlet and made a mess.
Very professional employees and would recommend to anybody. From what I've heard they seem to do ALOT of work for new construction apartments. 11/10 recommend
