Our AC stopped working on a very hot day. I called MSCO@3:30 pm to schedule an appointment with customer service rep Shelby. After taking information, Shelby put me on hold and when returned, said they had a cancellation in my area and the technician could come. Technician Eric arrived within 1/2 hour, and expertly and quickly diagnosed the problem (thermostat). We are very happy with MSCO’s professionalism, response time and pricing. Recently my 3-1/2 year old unit went down so I called a new company because I have been dissatisfied with the company that installed... I called MSCO!!! They scheduled my service call around my schedule. the technician diagnosed it as a bad board and made a temporary repair in order to keep us warm until they could get the part.
