Our AC stopped working on a very hot day. I called MSCO@3:30 pm to schedule an appointment with customer service rep Shelby. After taking information, Shelby put me on hold and when returned, said they had a cancellation in my area and the technician could come. Technician Eric arrived within 1/2 hour, and expertly and quickly diagnosed the problem (thermostat). We are very happy with MSCO’s professionalism, response time and pricing.
