I dont understand how they can charge us $1.50 for every payment I will be paying these people for 10 years so every month I have to pay $1.50 I think thats a little excessive on a $50 payment

Continues to call a place of business after being told to stop. They robo call with a new name each time. I have to call back to ask them to stop, but they don't. It's disruptive to business and I'm pretty sure illegal in this state.

This company continues to contact me even after I reported them to Federal Trade Commssion for fraudulently putting a collections on my credit report. Once I contacted ***********************, they responded by sending me a validation letter with an account number attached to it after giving me the wrong account number in the first place and refusing to give me information on which **************** I was supposed to owe. A lady called me from MSCB and wanted to verify my address, when I asked her "what did MSCB stand" for, she said she did not know. I refuse to verify my address since she had no idea who they were.
I have tried to contact this company to pay an outstanding balance of $35.00. The reference number and pin number they gave me to log in and pay this bill is not working. I s*** an e-mail with a delivery and read receipt and it came back with a note "was deleted without being read on Friday May21st, 2021.
