I love the small group training at MSC. I was looking for more socialization without losing the personalization I got from 1x1 coaching. Coach Candace made me feel welcome right away, making sure to introduce me to others. She set up a program that supports my goals and challenges me while I rehab an injury. I joined MSC 4 months ago and my main goals were to gain some muscle mass and sleep better. It didn’t take long to achieve those goals and start moving on to the next ones. I love the individual accountability within a group setting. I love that each trainer takes the time to make sure I know the exercises and ensures I am doing them right. I appreciate when they say “you can go heavier”. The workout and the workout environment is wonderful.
As a newbie to the gym, I am truly enjoying my time spent here! I've learned a lot already and can't wait to see myself crushing my goals with the help of all of the wonderful trainers!
Tina and the entire staff are amazing. I had my hip replaced and with their help I made it back to the hockey rink. Could not have done it with out them
