Joined MSC 3 weeks ago & LOVING IT! The coaches are knowledgeable & fun. They are able to give individual attention to help each person reach their own goals, while all in the same small class. I’m already seeing results!
I’ve been at MSC for almost 4 months now and I really enjoy it! The coaches and everyone working out with you are awesome. I’m very new to strength training and all the coaches have guided my form where I need it and answered all the questions I have. Tina, has been very supportive and always checks in on me! The personalized programs help you to reach your own goals and explore different movements! They also mix in mobility to every work out. A fun place where you’ll get results!
My fitness life needed a change. I'm an adult footballer and it's important to stay agile and strong. I had been individually circuit training for the past few years and like the format. I got strong but could tell something was missing. I started at MSC in Jan2026 with a focus of technique and openess to change. It's amazing that a month had gone by so quickly!
