I just spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to explain that MSC sent me full face masks that won't fit onto my hose. After taking and even taking photos and emailing them to her she tells me it's been 30 days and she can't replace the three masks. I told her I hadn't had time to call because I knew it would take forever to explain, take photos to show THEY SENT ME THE WRONG EQUIPMENT and beg for replacements. I have never had such a horrible experience with a medical supply company. Getting a root canal in the middle of a traffic accident would be more pleasant than dealing with MSC Sleep. I've had to wait nearly six months just to have a proper-size cushion for my mask shipped to me. I told them the mask they sent didn't fit properly from day one when I set up my machine while on the phone with them. I was told I'd receive a follow-up call and the correct size cushion. I've been with this company for 2+ years, and I've lost count how many times there were problems with an order for bipap machine supplies. This last time, after 2 phone calls and almost 3 weeks after I placed the order, I finally received my order. My disposable filter desperately needed changed, but I ran out, so I had to wait. Last time that happened, I was told that I could buy extra one's online, well, no, if this place would get it together I wouldn't run out in the first place!!
