Dr. Reed is completely unprofessional. After seeing him for a few visits it became very evident that he hates any question you ask. Cleared I am not a Dr so I had questions and I wanted to understand my diseases. On my last visit with him, I decided to record the visit. He ended up yelling at me, saying I ask to many questions, said your only allowed 1 question per visit. He had a few more things to say. Staff is friendly. Reed not do much. Reed goes by the book, he should retire, he has even stated as such, he struggles with the computer, he got frustrated and pounded on the keyboard at two visits. He forgets everything if it isn't written down. If he doesn't like a topic he will snap at you too, I asked him about this research I heard about, he snapped, "if you want to do that then don't come here!" Like with? Just asking him, my doctor, the expert I've hired to help me mange these god awful diseases for his expertise.

This man is the absolute WORSE doctor ever, I don't know how he is even allowed to practice. He doesn't remember ANYTHING about the patient file. Even after reviewing everything, he leaves the room for 10 minutes only to come back and forget everything we just discussed. My file ended up with him because the doctor I was initially seeing retired, and she worked at the same practice. It's been maybe 6 months since I've been seeing him and my Still's Disease has gotten 10x worse, especially this past month. I've called multipl... read more
