I cannot find where this company was ever listed with TREC. It is also associated with Elite Echo Property Management which also gets one star ratings. The only reason their average is higher that one star is employee jacking up the ratings. Kristie Hermes was a property manager for MSA and Ashley Williams (Creamer) is an owner. How wonderful that they both give MSA 5 stars. Don't be fooled.
This company is bad news – stay away from them. They also go under the name of Elite Echo Property Management and CMO RPM LLC – all are owned by Ashley Williams Creamer. The owner currently has her real estate license suspended – she cannot legally operate a property management business in Texas (The TREC can confirm this).
