Our assigned nurse was a no call no show numerous times. We had to call the answering service to get her to show up. When we complained she lied and accused us of telling her not to come. The company investigated but she furthered her lies and they chose to believe her. I can't trust a company that willfully chooses to employ a nurse that neglects her patients and then lies about them. With a heavy heart I highly recommend you avoid MSA at all costs.
They continue to call after told several times to stop now filling with government don't call list to file law suit
I have only been seeing Dr. Jacobus for about 6 months. He had helped me a lot with my foot and balance problems. He is always willing to listen and to ask more questions in order to get a better understanding about my situation. I give him 5 stars for his work and professionalism.

If I could have gave them a 0 star I would. This hospice took me on I got to meet the doctor and I really thought I had a good hospice finally the doctor said how we was going to do things and everything was good when they left and my nurse went on vacation and when she came back and called me and said we letting you go the doctor was not man enough to give me a reason this hospice by far is the worst. Don't send your love ones to them.
