I have worked for this company for the last 4 years, as well as had a family member on services. You could not possibly ask for a more caring and compassionate group of people to care for your loved one. The Seneca branch staff goes above and beyond to do everything they can to provide the best care possible.
This company has treated my mom with absolutely NO respect! When i call them they always want me to give mom adavan or more morphine without seeing her which makes her even more out of it! And lord forbid you to ask them to come out at 1:30 am because she is having trouble breathing. I will be calling a different hospice group as soon as possible. . Please beware.... and look out for your loved one and choose a different hospice group!
