Don't fall for this insurance scam. I was prescribed a CPAP machine (replacementafter 5 years on my first model). I go there for my "fitting" appointment and get told I need to pay $500 up front and $81/ month for 10 months bringing the total to $1,310 for my portion and my insurance would "cover the remainder". What remainder? I could buy the unit with bag and hose myself for $1,096 plus shipping and tax (and that's retail, likely more than what MSA gets them for). MSA has therapists and nurses who care about their patients and their families. They have a desire to help patients achieve their goals and to become as independent as possible. Overall, they are professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, & willing to go the extra mile.
MSA was chosen to provide care for my brother after his knee replacement. The PT and the PTA were friendly, engaging and professional. When seeing the therapist in pubic, they even to this day ask about him. It has been over 2 years now.
