Had a great experience with MSA!!! The therapist who came to my home was very professional from start to finish. The clinical team at MSA Home Health provides a wonderful service to the Midlands community. Would highly recommend

Do not use MSA (Medical Services of America). We used them for my wife's Grandmother back just a few months ago. (It will now be, 7 months ago on Oct 12th) Very poor service when it came to comfort care, not available when needed, and some of the medical staff had very bad attitudes. They were basically there when it was over, not when we needed them the... read more

So disappointed in this service. Our loved one has dementia and is in assisted living. Communication has been almost nonexistent despite multiple phone calls to the service.
