MSA has therapists and nurses who care about their patients and their families. They have a desire to help patients achieve their goals and to become as independent as possible. Overall, they are professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, & willing to go the extra mile.
MSA was chosen to provide care for my brother after his knee replacement. The PT and the PTA were friendly, engaging and professional. When seeing the therapist in pubic, they even to this day ask about him. It has been over 2 years now.
Had a great experience with MSA!!! The therapist who came to my home was very professional from start to finish. The clinical team at MSA Home Health provides a wonderful service to the Midlands community. Would highly recommend
This review was put on MSA's regular (Lexington) business account. Since I have noticed this account is also listed I decided to copy my review and add it here as well...... Do not use MSA (Medical Services of America). We used them for my wife's Grandmother back just a few months ago. (It will now be, 7 months ago on Oct 12th) Very poor service when it came to comfort care, not available when needed, and some of the medical staff had very bad attitudes.
