I had knee replacement on Jan 20th. I went home the next day and Albemarle Home Care came to my house to start my PT. Nick & Andria were amazing, caring, understanding and gentle. The staff & nurses in the office were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them.
My dad was in hospice and they called to tell me if I wanted to say goodbye I should get there to see him. We left immediately. When I got there he had passed and had been dead for hours before they even called me. The hospice nurse was not even there when we got there. It was such an awful experience. Do not use them.
This place doesn't care at all. Very unprofessional
