I recently saw Dr Ding as she was an approved physician on my insurance. She was rude, lacked empathy, refused to answer my direct questions. Then told me I should have seen another Dr at Different location, but in the same practice as her. He was not listed on my approved physicians list on my insurance, but she didn't care. I asked her specifically for alternative treatment plans for my conditions and she gave me none. I would not see Dr Ding even if she's the only physician on your insurance plan.
