I have been seeing Dr. Ray at Mas vida for the last 2 months, starting with a very outlined diagnosis of areas that need improvement and solid game plan moving forward. He made a plan to address and improve those areas i was having issues with which was super helpful in learning my body and seeing the direct progress happening while in his care.
