I've lived with severe aniexty my whole life. I have never been able to manage well. Until I went to Ms. Valerie jansens office. She listened to me when I told her what hasn't worked for me. It feels good to go out in the real world and not have panic attacks. It feels good to sleep at night. Not toss and turn worrying about any and everything. Repeatedly having to check on my son and make sure he's breathing. She has helped tremendously and I have a lot of respect for her
