I had a DOT laser treatment at Ms. Sue's Med Spa which has scarred me permanently on my neck and chest. I went back several times to talk with Spa to see what options there were to correct, and they prescribed me an anti-fungal, then offered me hydroquinone for day and night - for an additional $200. Nothing fixed the scars. No doctor on site for consultation, only the aesthetician. I believe the woman who performed my procedure was poorly trained. Think twice before choosing a laser treatment here.
I love Ms. Sues med spa. The receptionist makes you feel like family, the massages are amazing, the laser hair removal is terrific. I love my experiences thus far. See you all again real soon!
