They gave me a chance as a renter when I had a poor credit score, which was very cool. They're very quick and responsive when there's minor maintenance issues. I thoroughly enjoy renting from them. I just signed a new year lease! *few years later They didn't maintain their gutters and the carport in the back flooded and messed up my car. They only gave me $125 credit towards rent. Jana Pearl has just been so helpful with everything involved with living here. Her communication has been excellent as she responds quickly and has been able to answer all of my questions. I feel a lot better and safer knowing that Jana is my apartment manager.
