Jessie was so far the best property manager I have experience with.
Jana Pearl has just been so helpful with everything involved with living here. Her communication has been excellent as she responds quickly and has been able to answer all of my questions. I feel a lot better and safer knowing that Jana is my apartment manager.
Jessie Huang is very professional and helpful. She responds quickly for any questions and makes it easier for our move to the apartment.
The repair guy, Raymond, is always there within 24 hours of problems popping up and helps with no problems. He also is just generally friendly. The property manager, Jessie, is nice and answers questions promptly. By far the best renting experience I've had in Seattle so far. Only downside is the laundry situation, which is $3.75 in quarters just to wash one load of laundry. It would be nice if we had the option to pay with card, or better yet, not pay at all. I wouldn't even mind paying an additional fee to cover laundry if... read more
