My recent visit to Dr. Cole's neurology office was a frustrating experience. The wait time was excessively long, which was quite inconvenient. While Dr. Cole prescribed medication for my migraines, I felt unheard during our consultation; it seemed he was more interested in speaking than listening to my concerns, which made it difficult to fully understand my treatment. This place is extremely unprofessional. That charge cash for urinalysis screenings when otherwise covered by insurance to pocket money. They will also put you in exam room with 100 other patients urine samples. On two separate occasions my urine sample was misplaced by them. They forced me to come pay for another to get my medicine. When I asked to see the head physician about my concerns on how this could happen twice, they proceeded to saying failed my screenings. I'm a new patient, 1245 appointment time, I expected 15 minutes for the paperwork and around 1 pm to see Dr Cole. I arrived at 1230, the door was locked so I sat in my car with my wife who is in a wheel chair. at 1245 people started lining up, when they opened the door their were 10 people or more in front of us. They treated all those people before me, I ended up in room 11 where I sat. 1 hour and 45 minutes wait for a new patient is unacceptable, so I left.
