Everyone in this office is amazing! To the admin, nurses and docs. I have not had one bad experience. Dr. Schneider and Dawn will not stop until they find a solution.
Dr. Schneider, and his office staff, are the best. I live 10 minutes from USF but the neurologists there do not have Dr. Schneider's bedside manner or diagnostic skill. I've noticed many neurologists rely only on test results and images without actually looking or talking to the patient. Dr. Schneider is not like that, he looks into everything to get to the bottom of what is going on.
Dr. Schneider is trying every thing to figure out what is wrong. I went thru the University of Miami for two years and numerous Drs and they gave up on me. Dr. Schneider was recommended to me and I love it.
Dr. Schneider is my 4th neurologist and I have never felt so confident in any of my doctors in the last couple of years. I love that he responds to emails from the patient portal over the weekend! I really feel I am finally in the right place with an expert in his field! Such a relief!
Although the testing that I had completed was extremely uncomfortable, the staff & Doctor were excellent.
Took my girlfriend there twice and will not be going back!!!! The guy at the front desk was cool and although he was busy and everything was chaotic, he was to take care of us. The second time we went there the nurse with black hair was as clueless as a lost dog and wasn't able to get the pictures on the computer. When we were leaving someone was having a payment issue and some lady with glasses and a fake smile came out to pretend to help. Never again!!!! On the plus side the doctor seemed pleasant.
