Here at M.S. nails they always go above and beyond with customer service! I brought in my picture and she made it come to life. This is my go to nail spot. A plus side is they have a point system and when you spend $40 you get 10% off. They truly care about giving you great deals and even better care experience.
Kallie did such a wonderful job on my nails!! Any mistake she made, she fixed immediately. Very kind, and attentive.
I want to start by saying I’m a people pleaser and don’t ever leave bad reviews. However, I’m pretty disappointed in my experience especially because I hardly splurge to get my nails done. I paid $43 + tip for these - gel manicure (no acrylic). The first photo is what I asked for, and then what I got. They are fine, but disappointing compared to what I asked for. Amazing service ! I got a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure for $75, and it lasted about an hour. All of the ladies working were very sweet, and I was serviced as soon as I walked in. They were very willing to accommodate my request to just keep my natural length with no extensions and do a design on my very short nails. The woman who did my nails was very patient and asked me if I liked how it looked before she cured it every time. Had an amazing, very calming time and will surely be back !!
Every time I have a special occasion, I always go to get my nails done here! This occasion is my wedding 💍❤️ And let me tell you how wonderful the service was through and through! I got a Mani & Pedi French tips and design. The intricate attention to detail blew me away! I showed them a picture for inspiration and it turned out way better than expected! Thank you for being part of my little pamper session before my wedding on Saturday!
