A cruel practice. Mary cancels, or reschedule appointments more often than she keeps them. There is no follow up after appointments so lab orders are delayed by a month. There is an agreement for referral to a specialist, but after a month no referral has been made. There is no follow up or sense of urgency from admin staff.
Mary Hartsell is one of the few local professional who specializes in gene therapy. She worked great together with my therapist and monitored my medication very closely to adjust as needed. It is important to keep in mind she is not offering therapy. To me she offered medication management and coordination with my therapist
Mary Hartsell is flighty, late for appointments and does not respond to messages sent through the Breeze portal. I also found her incredibly insensitive, something I hadn’t experienced with a psychiatrist in the past. Visits left me uncomfortable. I would look elsewhere.
