She didn’t like me, so I had to walk on eggshells during our less than 15-min appts. You are only allowed to contact her through her app, which only gets checked once a day. If you need urgent help, you are out of luck. She frequently makes mistakes when sending prescriptions to your pharmacy, which ends up being your problem when you can’t talk to a live person to get it fixed. She is awful. I wish this was not her profession. I wish I had never seen her. Can you imagine a therapist making you feel worse about yourself? She does that. She is condescending, crass, and takes no responsibility for her own mistakes or inadequacies. She cancels appointments at the last minute ALL THE TIME, but has no problem charging you if you do the same...and explain your emergency! She HAS NO EMPATHY EXCEPT FOR HERSELF.
