If I could give 0 stars I would - Had hair extensions installed - the worst experience I've ever had. Within just one week, the extensions fell out, leaving me extremely disappointed. When I returned to address the issue, I was shocked that she made me pay the full price again to fix her shoddy work. she takes shortcuts and cuts costs wherever she can, yet she charges her clients exorbitant prices. Jen was able to do my hair at short notice as I was really desperate , she did an awesome job....2 yrs ago I visited Jen again when I was visiting Cairns. 1 year later I was so disappointed in the service. She totally overcharge me $$$$ and did a really bad job with my hair.... I would have been better off doing my hair in Melbourne....
