During my visit to MSI for sample collection, I encountered several issues. Upon providing my information, I asked for help then was directed to the desk. A visibly irritated woman employee rolled her eyes at me, indicating a lack of interest in my request. When an associate next to her finally took down the samples I needed, I had to wait an excessive 45 minutes without any progress. This is on a Tuesday in the afternoon.
