Enter from Grove Street heading west. It's a tight entrance. No parking. Very tight yard. When you get a dock you can head out the exit to get yourself straight. It's easy to back against the dock. Check-in office is at the stop sign you'll see some stairs under the covered area. Don't come too early. I posted a picture to help you.

trying to save trouble for you lot of places available with better customer and quality of service - i came to them after few years and the staff is arrogant rude impatient, they feel entitled and don’t care for customers. try other places around the area with better customer service and better pricing also

Their vinyl plank flooring was purchased from a local store. Within the first few months the edges of the planks began chipping away. Of course they deny responsibility and blame it on installation. This company is a joke. It's obviously a common problem. Too bad we didn't research more before buying.

I had a great experience at MSI. Rabin was very kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Excellent customer service — I really appreciate his support. Highly recommended.
