My contractor sent me to MSI see the flooring collection. Very disappointed to say at least, MSI won't let you see anything unless you scan with your phone their QR code!!! This screams very loud SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. If that is the new way to do business with them...NO THANK YOU. They won't disclose any pricing, you basically do not deal with them, only your contractor. This type of business should not even exist.
Very helpful and knowledgeable service
I was given the MSI Wixom Mi from my counter top contractor to view full sheets of Quarts counter tops. The experience was great from our arrival to the time we left, The staff were all great, showing us what were were looking for and helping with backsplash materials. I would highly recommend them to view hard surfaces where it is Granite, Quarts, Back Splash options or even ceramic flooring Gary and Vera Troy, MI
Great staff, helpful and friendly. Was able to see the product first hand prior to ordering.
