Very nice showroom. They had two countertops that we were interested in and MSI is sending information to my fabricator. Staff very helpful and we hope to purchase countertop material from MSI.

I visited at least 5 other showrooms in my search for countertops and backsplashes. I kept coming back to MSI because of the superior customer service, second to none. During my most recent visit, I asked Hannah if she was one of the owners. Her knowledge of every stone, every style, care of the stones and alternatives when necessary. Hannah knows where every single stone is located in the large, clean showroom (also second to none) and every sample. I was very disappointed with this place, my appointment was for 8:00, I arrived on time and they gave me the door but they started unloading after the driver who arrived after me

This was our first visit and our first impression was not good! MICHAELA😠 was at the desk and when we told her we had been sent from Home Depot to look at a larger piece of quartz, she seemed annoyed. She took us back into the warehouse very quickly, and abruptly tried to tell us how to find it! She acted like she was in a hurry and didn't wanna deal with our questions. Came in on a Saturday with my parents and was assisted by Shaymaa. My parents do not speak fluent English and she was able to communicate with them fluently in Arabic. She explained/ educated us on the different stones / products very well. We left MSI knowing we chose the right place for all our needs!
