I was given the MSI Wixom Mi from my counter top contractor to view full sheets of Quarts counter tops. The experience was great from our arrival to the time we left, The staff were all great, showing us what were were looking for and helping with backsplash materials. I would highly recommend them to view hard surfaces where it is Granite, Quarts, Back Splash options or even ceramic flooring Gary and Vera Troy, MI

Went in today to look at granite counters, had to scan qr code, not only that, was not greeted properly by the receptionist, she just kept saying ma'am while she was on the phone. I didn't know she was talking to me until I asked. Then she said my babies could not enter the showroom, they're only 9 months old I stated. She said it's our policy. I was not asked by her or the other girl if I needed any help. So I left. They lost my business. Horrible customer service
