Very poor service They respond when they want to. I have had the same problem for over 2 years with the plumbing from low water pressure to clogged pipes and it has not been repaired. The maint. guy they sent out just patches the problem instead of fixing it he digs the same hole every time he shows up and covers the hole he made in the pipe with a 711 cup ( very professional). They forgot about sending me the lease to renew for over 3 months then wanted it done asap once they realized there mistake. SMH. What do these ladie... read more
If I could not choose a star at all I would. These people are horrible, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, irresponsible, and idiotic. Not necessarily in that order. My mother lives in one of the properties they manage. As we speak I am locating the owner to let them know about all the issues my mom has encountered. In just one instance my mom was hospitalized due to heat exhaustion because her air wasn’t working and these fools were taking their precious time getting it done. Utterly ridiculous...
