Great customer service
my project was big and a total surprise. M&S is always my first call when I need something HVAC flavored… But this was an astonishing response. Incredibly fast and giant problem solved right away. If I had a complaint, it’s just that I don’t think I have seen a bill yet. I’m pretty confident that’ll get solved as soon as they read this review. GREAT locally owned company. That’s rare in this space.
M+S is simply the best. Kent is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Ray has serviced the furnace and air conditioner at many of our properties and is always super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and give us confidence they care about keeping our systems running well and even gives us tips on what we can and should be performing regularly ourselves. On a side note, we tried a different company once and only once. We've regretted not using M+S that one time multiple times since.
