Went well above and beyond what I would have expected from another company. Absolutely 5 star service, and we are so grateful for M & S Heating for helping us out of a jam during the hottest parts of the summer! Highly recommended.
Thank you for coming quickly and fixing my vent issue.
Kent was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He provides excellent service.
Kent at M&S Heating and Air helped me on a hot day with no air. He was quick to respond and arrived when he said he would. His friendly approach made the day better. He was quick to diagnose the problem and made the repair needed. His fee for the service call was surprisingly very reasonable. I certainly won’t have a problem recommending him to someone needing his services and I will certainly use him again when needed.
Of course things breakdown when you need them most. It was hot and the AC fan motor went out. It is an older model and M&S was able to find a compatible aftermarket replacement. We did not have to replace the whole heater that houses the circulating fan at potentially three times the price. Thank you Kent and crew!
