Kent at M&S Heating and Air helped me on a hot day with no air. He was quick to respond and arrived when he said he would. His friendly approach made the day better. He was quick to diagnose the problem and made the repair needed. His fee for the service call was surprisingly very reasonable. I certainly won’t have a problem recommending him to someone needing his services and I will certainly use him again when needed.
Of course things breakdown when you need them most. It was hot and the AC fan motor went out. It is an older model and M&S was able to find a compatible aftermarket replacement. We did not have to replace the whole heater that houses the circulating fan at potentially three times the price. Thank you Kent and crew!
We are so grateful to Kent. Our AC kicked out last night and we were able to contact him and have him come out to both assess and fix our unit the very next morning. With a 100 degree heat, Kent went and got us the part the same day instead of just ordering and waiting for it to come later. I’d give him 10 stars if we could!
