Definitely took customer service to a new level! Great service, on time, and less stress! I would most definitely recommend this door service. When my garage needed repairs, I'm happy I called M&S Garage Door! David was so efficient, and my garage looked better!
When I closer the garage door on Friday evening, it would open again despite no one pushing the remote. We got a 4-1 error code saying it was excessive opening, but again no one was touching the opener. It was because something was off, and it wasn't "catching" to lock it. We just manually closed it for the night. On Saturday morning, we called and spoke to Sam, who was kind enough to get my husband on the phone and walk him through the potential cause of the issue. Sure enough, they were able to fix it over the phone.
We were able to schedule a same day appointment with M&S Garage Door. Ron called ~30 minutes before to let us know David was on his way. David arrived in time and was able to assess why our door was shaking when opening and closing and fixed it short order. He did a great job, and the cost was reasonable. Thank you!
My garage door broke, and I requested a bunch of quotes around 10PM on a Sunday. Mostly everyone wanted to come out and "look" and some wanted to even charge a service fee. Jacob responded with an accurate and honest quote and saved me quite a bit of money. Thank you so much for stopping by and resolving so quickly AND not trying to take advantage of my emergency. I wish more companies operated like yours. Looking forward to working w/you more down the road. Honest, reliable, and no fuss. Highly recommended!
They were able to squeeze me in the same day that I called (and I called in the early afternoon). Tom was efficient and personable. Explained a few things about the mechanics and maintenance of the opener (I'm into that stuff). I thought it was a little expensive but I did not compare it to others so that might be an unfair thought ($185 to change the sprocket/gear). Still worth it since they dealt with it quickly and competently on a freezing day. PS I bought the Google coupon which knocked off $25 from above price.
