Unprofessional. Company had one of its drivers come down a 3/4 mile long private drive and then try to turn around in my yard but got stuck causing damage and even had to get a tow truck to come pull him out. Company stated they would take care of the issues and cost of repairs to my yard (Betsy) if I let the drive continue on and just send them pics of the damage, so I did. Teach the driver of 497 how to drive. Cutting people off and tailgating with a load is unsafe. People's lives are at risk because of you!!!
