False advertisement I was looking for a place to give my daughter a hemoglobin S test, which is a sickle cell test and the lady on the phone was very rude to me and told me that it is a donation center and they don’t run that test but this business is the first name that pops up when you Google hemoglobin’ S test for African-Americans so go figure.

Long wait times
Great people there
Tried to make a donation as a walk in. After filling out the questionaire I waited 30 minutes for someone to meet with me for the standard predonation blood pressure and finger stick, but someone else in waiting area said they'd already been waiting an hour, so I just left. I understand there might be a wait with no appointment, but they should at least let you know how long it's going to be before you start the process.
