Have donated here for over 3 years many times and my last 2 experiences have been unpleasant. My arm is bruised terribly from Friday’s donation which was a disaster. The tube wasn’t opened completely and the blood stoped flowing. After she held my arm up, had me squeeze the ball more, and then got two other employees to assist (one tried to push the needle in further), they turned my arm sideways etc., one lady discovered it wasn’t opened completely to allow blood flow. Tomorrow is my first day donate blood I kinda a little nervous but I know they going to be friendly to me
2nd time coming here to less than pour customer service. 1st time to give blood I set up an appointment and they didn’t care. Made me wait in line. That was only 3 weeks ago. Went back to doctor and and because I take testosterone therapy he said my blood was still high. Sent me a doctors order to come back and give. I walk in today 3 weeks later on a Saturday and they tell me they have to doctors order but they will no longer take testosterone therapy patients on weekends. I have to come back on a weekday.
