I booked a mani/pedi online for the same time. It automatically books out certain times if you want to bundle services. I came in on time and waited 10 min for my mani to start. Then I waited 25 min for my pedi to start after my mani finished. I politely asked if I could reschedule the pedicure because I didn’t want to just sit for thirty minutes and the receptionist told me she would have to charge me. This is horrible business. Great pedicures and haircuts!
I went to get a partial highlight and cut and spent over $200. I specifically made a huge point to say that wanted the yellow toned out. The stylist said this was possible. I left with more yellow than I showed up with. I’m pretty upset and am having to go to another salon and pay over $100 for this to be corrected. Save your money and time. Don’t go here.
