Great customer service, explained everything in detail throughout entire process. Service was a fraction of dealership quote and turnover time was just as fast.
I used to live next block to MS Auto Service. I went to get my oil changed. It was year end holiday time. I asked the owner (name is Son) will they be working through the holidays. He said his employees need rest, they work hard. That says something good about the owner. Ever since then I goto this auto service shop. One time my car broke and was not able to drive it. I asked geico to tow it to MS auto service . Left the key inside the car. I contacted the owner via phone and let him know that the tow company will drop off t... read more

Love this place! Son is the best, would recommend
The owner, is a top rate mechanic. MS Automotive works on all my cars. They are a little pricey, but they are worth each dollar.
