One of the best in the city has been doing my locks for about 8 years. She's good at what she does professional great styles.
Tabitha is very skilled at what she does. She put the "C.U.T. in cut" Cut must stand for "Crucial-Unbreakable-Talent" because that's what she displayed & that's what I needed. (Tabitha, if that is corny don't hold it against me,lol) Seriously, Tabitha is compassionate about her craft and it shows in the finished products. I was able to rock a beautifully crafted, stylish bob. I received many compliments & I was 500% happy with it. I hope I am able to sit in her chair again.
