No wonder most of these reviews are low. I called this company to get a quote for a new residential unit, the lady on the phone was very nice and scheduled me for an appointment on Jan 28th 2025, 2 days later I’m still waiting for them to show up. They didn’t even bother calling me to update me, very unprofessional!! Looks like they didn’t want my money, on to the next company who will take my service.

I called today June 29, 2024. A worker came to my location and inspected the unit. The worker stated the system is working properly, but the blower motor is bad. The worker also said the blower motor is under warranty, but the cost would be $975.00 to replace the blower motor. To replace a blower motor is $975?! And, it’s under warranty? I would like to speak to the owner in relation to this. Update: It is now July 4th.
