I had visited a Medispa in Ct and had a procedure - dermal filler in the corners of my mouth. I developed severe swelling and bruising, something that I had never before experienced. I called Dr Thacker’s office and she saw me the same day. She treated the area with a laser to promote healing, gave me instructions for what I should do and assured me that that I would be fine. Dr Thakur is a wonderful, caring and skillful doctor. I will see Dr Thackur only in the future for any procedures I have done.

Dr. Thakur and her staff were great throughout my experience. I had a breast reduction. Dr. Thakur was very informative and answered all my post-op questions very swiftly and thoroughly. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would definitely recommend her or go to her for future plastic surgeries if I ever decided to.

Awful. Spent a lot of money to have dysport. She never had me move my eyes or forward , never marked my face. Just randomly injected me. It didn’t work. Told to wait several weeks. Still my wrinkles were still there and able to move my forehead. Don’t feel that she listened to my concerns. Will never go back to her

PLEASE beware of Dr Thakur. I thought they were like family until I had an issue post surgery and they treated me like a paycheck. I begged and pleaded for some kind of resolution prior to resulting in leaving reviews and I am brought here as a last result. Do not anticipate post surgical care. In the last year she fired her entire staff to cut costs and increased her prices nearly double. She does not base her practice on care and integrity. I am now left in physical pain with no resolution.

She was very friendly and so was her staff!! Her work is truly a work of art. One of the best things about Dr Thakur is that she will not try to "Sell" you on something that she knows you don't need or will not benefit from.

I went to discuss the desire for facial rejuvenation, non-invasive. I can not explain to you how wonderful this experience was ! The front desk staff excellent, offered coffee, or Tea. The Nurse , friendly, informative, bright ! Doctor Thakur, beyond words. She's not like any Physician I have ever meant ! She listens, she actually cares about you. I felt like I was seeing a family friend ! Highly recommend ! This is a #1 office for any cosmetic need !

The office staff was accommodating in making my appointment and very friendly when I went to the office. Dr. Thakur was honest and spent time answering all my questions. I would definitely see her again and highly recommend her to friends and family members.

This Doctor is amazing ! She takes her time with you, actually listens ! The entire staff at this office is the perfect role model for customer service ! Highly recommend !
